Myth-OS Origins: The Professor's Lens

For over a decade at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, I have taught three courses that became the seeds of Myth-OS itself:

Then, in December of 2024, I faced my own shadow moment. With the generative AI boom in full swing, I watched machines produce flawless essays, polished ad copy, even lesson plans. For the first time, I felt my own vocation hanging in the balance.

It was a reckoning: the technology was dazzling, but it solved the wrong problem. It could mimic voice but not nurture it. What my students — and I — needed was not artificial intelligence that replaced us, but a new kind of intelligence that amplified who we already are.

That realization was the spark. From that crucible of teaching, neurodivergence, and personal confrontation with the machine, Myth-OS was born.
